Are all the products produced when ordered?

For the most part, yes. Some items will be available and ready to ship quicker than others.

How quickly will my order ship?

As soon as your items are produced and packaged. It will usually take between 3 - 14 business days to ship. We offer no guarantee on production time as it is just me. It will be as quick as possible while ensuring quality.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return the item/s and a refund will be sent upon its receipt.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

We don't offer expedited production. Once the order departs our location it's in the hands of the carrier. If you decide to pay for expedited shipping you are paying for it to be expedited once the carrier receives it, not the producing of the order. Tracking the order is an option you can also use.
