Order Processing Time:

Orders are normally processed in 3-14 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We do not currently ship to locations outside the United States.

Damages and Lost Packages:

Madame T's Crafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier.

incorrect Shipping Addresses:

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for non-delivery. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
